How do I access the VR Labs?

You need a compatible headset (Meta Quest 2/3 or Pico 4). Log in to the StadiRum App on your headset using your student credentials. If you don't have a headset, you can use the "WebGL Mode" on a laptop, though features are limited.

My M-Pesa payment failed but money was deducted.

Do not worry. The system auto-reconciles every 30 minutes. If your dashboard doesn't update within an hour, open a ticket below with your M-Pesa Transaction Code (e.g., QKH...) and we will manually verify it.

How do I apply for the "Lipa Mdogo Mdogo" plan?

Navigate to the Hardware Store, select your device, and choose "Financing" at checkout. You will need to upload your Admission Letter and ID for credit verification.

I forgot my password.
